April 30th 2004 at Raalte (The Netherlands), the American Motorcycle Museum was officially opened.
The Museum has been founded by the Dutch motorcycle-enthousiast and collectioner Max Middelbosch.
During many years Max has purchased a wonderful collection of classic American Motorcycles of various brands as Harley-Davidson, Indian and Excelsior-Henderson.
In his museum he exhibits these motorcycles, which are restaurated in their original condition, for everyone who is interested in motorcycle history.
The day of the official opening the weather was beautyful and I've tried to catch an impression of the relaxed atmosphere and the bike's with the following pictures.
